At Hi Vis Safety, we want to ensure you stay protected and comfortable on the job; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all high-visibility reflective tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the high-visibility items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety vests, jackets, or trousers are neatly folded to prevent damage to the reflective stripping.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your safety gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
